Under the filtering condition, the dust containing gas enters the upper space of the filtering chamber in a tangential direction. Large particles and condensed dust particles spin down the ash hopper along the cylinder wall under the centrifugal force, while small particles disperse in the gaps between the bags in the filtering chamber and are blocked. Purified air passes through the bag wall and is collected in the clean room through the filter bag guide on the flower plate. It is then sucked in by the ventilation fan and discharged into the atmosphere. As the filtration process progresses, dust adheres to the surface of the bag, and the resistance of the filter bag gradually increases. When the upper limit of the anti blowing control resistance is reached, the differential pressure transmitter connected to the front and rear interfaces of the bag filter sends a signal to automatically start the anti blowing mechanism. A sufficient amount of back blowing air flow is blown into the filter bag inlet through the rotary arm nozzle, blocking the filtered air flow and changing the pressure conditions inside the bag, causing substantial vibration of the filter bag, shaking off accumulated dust, and rotating the rotary arm to blow back the filter bags one by one. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the anti blowing mechanism automatically stops working. The anti blowing mechanism is designed to save the power of the anti blowing machine and reduce the need for anti blowing dust cleaning. Not limited by the gas source conditions of the usage scenario, with few vulnerable parts, easy maintenance, reliable operation, overcoming the drawbacks of compressed air pulse dust cleaning. The anti blowing distance is large, and factory filter bags can be used to fully utilize space and occupy a small area.
